Online Testosterone Replacement Therapy
Yes, you can get testosterone replacement therapy online. Prime Men’s Health provides telehealth TRT across the United States: you consult a licensed physician by video, complete your blood testing at home, and receive prescribed medication by post. Telehealth testosterone replacement therapy is available in 36 states and the District of Columbia, including Minnesota.

Which states is treatment available in?
Testosterone replacement therapy is available in 36 states and the District of Columbia:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin.
Enclomiphene therapy is available in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, because it is not a controlled medication.
State availability is subject to change based on regulatory requirements.
How does an online consultation work?
- Free consultation — by phone or online, to discuss your symptoms and whether testing is appropriate
- Blood work — completed at home with our blood spot lab kit, at a cost of $99
- Virtual visit — a licensed physician reviews your results and determines whether treatment is suitable
- Treatment — if prescribed, medication and supplies are shipped directly to you
How quickly can I start treatment?
Results are typically available three to five days after your sample is received. Once your physician has reviewed them on your virtual visit, treatment can begin.
Do I need to see a doctor in person?
In most cases, no. Treatment is delivered through virtual visits. Depending on federal and state regulations, however, your treatment plan may require an in-person physical examination, and your Prime Men’s Health representative will tell you if that applies to you during your initial consultation.
We also require you to have a primary care doctor who assesses your overall health.
How do I get a testosterone prescription online?
A prescription follows a blood test and a consultation with a licensed physician — never from a questionnaire alone. If your results show clinically low testosterone and treatment is appropriate for you, the physician will prescribe it and it will be shipped to you.
We treat men aged 30 or older who have both specific health concerns and objectively low lab values.
Is there a contract?
No. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not take insurance. Patients can use their Health Savings Account (HSA), and we will help provide the paperwork needed for that.
How is medication delivered?
Prescribed medication and supplies are shipped directly to your home, discreetly packaged.
What if my state is not listed?
Enclomiphene therapy is available in all 50 states and D.C. It works differently to testosterone replacement — it prompts your body to produce more of its own testosterone rather than replacing it — and it may be an option where testosterone therapy is not available to you.

Can I get telehealth TRT in Minneapolis and Minnesota?
Yes. Minnesota is one of the 36 states where we provide telehealth testosterone replacement therapy, so men across Minneapolis, St. Paul and the wider state can be treated entirely online — free consultation, at-home blood testing, a video visit with a licensed physician, and medication delivered to your door.
If you would rather be seen in person, we also have a Minneapolis treatment center. Many patients use a combination of the two: an in-person visit to begin, then virtual follow-ups.
Do you offer telehealth TRT nationwide?
Testosterone is a controlled medication, so telehealth TRT is limited to the 36 states and D.C. listed above. Enclomiphene is not a controlled medication, which means we can prescribe it nationwide — in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. If testosterone therapy is not available where you live, enclomiphene may still be an option.
