How Much Does TRT Cost?
Your initial consultation with Prime Men’s Health is free. Lab testing costs $99. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time. We do not take insurance, but you can use your Health Savings Account and we will help with the paperwork.

Is the consultation free?
Yes. Your initial consultation is free, by phone or online, with no obligation to proceed.
How much does lab testing cost?
Lab testing costs $99. This is the blood spot panel you complete at home, without a visit to a draw station, which your physician then reviews with you on a virtual visit.
How much does treatment cost?
Treatment costs depend on what your physician prescribes, since testosterone replacement therapy and enclomiphene are different treatments with different requirements. Your costs are explained clearly during your free consultation, before you commit to anything.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not take insurance. Patients can use their Health Savings Account (HSA), and we will help provide the necessary paperwork for that.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time.
Why does the cost vary between providers?
Price differences usually reflect what is included rather than the medication itself — whether physician visits, lab work, supplies and shipping are covered, how often you are monitored, and whether you are treated by a licensed physician or through a questionnaire alone.
When comparing providers, ask what monitoring is included. Testosterone therapy requires regular blood work and PSA testing, and a lower price that excludes them is not a lower price.
How do I find out what my treatment would cost?
Book a free consultation. There is no charge and no obligation, and you will know what your treatment involves and what it costs before you decide.
